The proposal is to construct 11 warehouse/industrial units on the site with possible office accommodation on a mezzanine floor over part of the warehouse space.  Public access/entry to each unit is generally from the circulation space within the centre of the site.  However the units fronting Ricketty Street shall have primary pedestrian access available from the street whilst the units fronting Ossary Street shall only have secondary pedestrian and vehicular access available from the street.

 

Vehicle entry to the site is to be from Ricketty and Ossary Streets with cross site thoroughfare controlled by boom gate.

 

All car parking shall be contained within the site and is not visible from the street frontages.  No car parking shall be provided directly off Ricketty or Ossary Streets, the street frontages to Ricketty and Ossary Streets are to be fully landscaped.
