The site lies within the renowned World Square precinct, in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This $180 million project involves the development of a 51 level complex containing a high-rise residential block, two international hotels, two levels of retail, a car park and a monorail station.

The residential block includes a 25 - metre swimming pool, squash courts, saunas, a spa, gymnasium and meeting room for the exclusive use of residents

The vision prompting the interior design was to couple contemporary sophistication with comfort and quality. The residential block provides a range of unit designs, from studios, one bedroom, on bedroom with a study, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, to cater to a wide scope of clientele. Security remain a fundamental priority from the architectural and design planning through to management, with the insertion of audio-visual security systems within each unit, key-coded lifts and security guard monitoring.

The project has gained critical acclaim for its innovative approach to construction and interior design, generating substantial coverage throughout industry publications.

 

The Gateway

Parc Belvoir

The development of this 8 levels residential and commercial block is managed by Billmex Pty Ltd, as a joint venture between IJM Australia and DEM. The site is situated on the fringe of the CBD, overlooking Prince Alfred Park, and in close proximity to Central Station and the University of Sydney. These features enable residents to enjoy scenic views whilst still retaining the convenience of city living.

Matraville Warehouse

The Eastgardens Industrial Estate in Matraville, Sydney displays IJM Australia's success in the industrial sector. The site development inhvolved re-zoning and categorization of land, design manipulation to maximize the space and function of the industrial structures, and the provision of utilities for business-retail outlets. The site lies in close proximity to Sydney's domestic and international airport and container terminal, the Eastgarden shopping centre and the city. This fully landscaped development offers a high security apparatus, 83 car parking spaces, and excellent main road exposure.

Orchid Park

Quay Link Enterprises Pty Ltd, a member of IJM Australia, has undertaken the Orchid Park project.
